At Squiggle Club, most of our pieces are handmade, personalised, or produced in small batches, which means we handle returns a little differently.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
All personalised items (including stamps and custom pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Personalised Items
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
However, we do offer exchanges for non-personalised items, as long as they’re unused and in their original condition.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging (including any extras or freebies)
- You must request the exchange within 5 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges (both return and re-delivery).
If you’re exchanging for a different item:
- Any price difference must be covered before the new item is shipped
- If the new item costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@squiggleclub.co with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make things right
